Amy Adams plays a linguist who was brought on by the military in order to figure out a way to communicate with aliens. She has to find out why they’re on Earth and what their intentions are. If you like aliens and suspense, this movie is for you!


Fresh Off the Boat

It isn’t often that there’s a TV show about the life of an Asian-American family and their struggles. Loosely inspired by celebrity chef Eddie Huang’s book by the same name, Fresh Off the Boat is a hilarious look into the life of the Huangs, a Taiwanese family looking to find their place in Florida. Though much of the content is mainly relatable to Asian-Americans, the show is definitely for everyone!


Daddy’s Home

Being a stepfather isn’t easy. It gets even harder when your wife’s hunky ex-husband comes back into her kids’ lives and attempts to win her back! Follow Brad Whitaker as he attempts to keep his life from falling apart in that exact situation! Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg are hilarious in this comedy drama about family and rivalries!
